Meridian Tower Complex
Project Overview
A landmark mixed-use development in central London comprising three residential towers and a commercial podium. DroneVision was engaged for the full 18-month construction cycle to provide weekly aerial progress documentation, volumetric calculations, and safety compliance reporting.
The Challenge
The site occupied a constrained urban footprint with active public roads on three sides. Traditional survey methods were impractical and helicopter surveys were cost-prohibitive at the required weekly frequency.
Our Solution
We deployed a dedicated BVLOS-permitted drone program with automated weekly flight plans, photogrammetric point cloud processing, and a client-facing dashboard for real-time progress tracking. Thermal payloads were added in winter months to monitor concrete curing.
