Project Overview
A collection of 12 luxury lakeside residences requiring premium marketing media to support an off-plan sales campaign targeting international buyers. DroneVision delivered a full aerial media package including 4K video, photography, and 360° virtual tours.
The Challenge
Properties were pre-construction, requiring a combination of aerial site photography and CGI integration to convey the finished development to buyers who could not visit in person.
Our Solution
We captured high-resolution aerial photography of the site and surrounding lake environment, then worked with the developer's CGI team to composite rendered buildings into our aerial footage — creating photorealistic marketing content months before groundbreaking.
